Bradford Bentley DPT, OCS, CSCS, CERT. MDT, CMP, CERT. ASTYM™
Dr. Bentley’s interests include evaluating and treating muscle, nerve, bone, and joint conditions. He is skilled in the arts of multiple diagnosis and treatment systems allowing him to identify and treat virtually any form of neuromusculoskeletal pain. From complex headaches and neck/back pain to straight forward sports or work injuries, Brad can help you find a treatment plan that works.
His other interests include pain mechanisms in the central nervous system and manual therapy techniques used to restore function and reduce pain. He has also completed 80 post-doctoral hours of training in the evaluation and treatment of TMJ and craniofacial pain. Dr. Bentley has over 26 years of full-time clinical practice. His hobbies include Krav Maga mixed martial arts, writing, real estate, and watching rockumentaries.

Evan Segimoto, DPT
Dr. Segimoto received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University. He is a former collegiate athlete with the Willamette University Swim Team as well as a member of the CSCAA Scholar All-American Team and Chi Alpha Sigma Athletic Honor Society. He has clinical experience in treating a wide range of sports, orthopedic, neurological, balance, and post-operative diagnoses across all ages. He utilizes a variety of different treatment techniques using a holistic approach to improve outcomes and is quite adept at individualizing plans of care to the specific needs of his patients. When not in the clinic, Evan enjoys spending his time rock climbing, mountain biking, cooking, and playing music.

John Lam, PTA/L
John has been practicing in the field of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since 2017. He enjoys sports rehabilitation, treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, post-operative physical therapy, as well as injury prevention. John’s treatments incorporate a manual therapy approach with individualized therapeutic exercise and activities to improve a patient’s functional performance. In his free time, John enjoys hiking the PNW, camping, playing tennis, and spending time with his dog, Archimedes, a lab mix.

Judy Galambos, DPT
Dr. Galambos has been a Physical Therapy provider for over 20 years. She spent
the first part of her career working in the geriatric settings of skilled nursing
homes and assisted/independent living facilities. Specializing in neurology and
chronic orthopedic conditions including stroke, parkinsons, falls, amputations and
more. She transisitoned into outpatient orthopedics including sports, spine, gait
analysis, post surgical and many more acute conditions.
Dr. Galambos was an All-American Division 1 collegiate althlete and Pan American
games medalist participating in the Heptathalon, which is 7 events including
running, jumping and throwing. She continues to run to this day but now takes
her golden doodle Harriett with her.
