Backed by more than 30 years of experience in the physical therapy industry, our licensed and certified providers are highly qualified to effectively evaluate and treat a wide range of muscle, tendon, joint, nerve, and bone conditions. Before you schedule a session with our physical therapy or sport rehabilitation services, we want you to get to know our therapists.
Matthew Wines, DPT
Dr. Wines’s mission is to deliver empathetic care and to advocate for patients’ optimal recovery. He has a keen interest in continuing education for the latest rehabilitation techniques and in collaborating with other healthcare providers to deliver the best care possible.
Matthew’s areas of expertise include diagnosing/treating orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, balance raining, and running analysis.
He was a collegiate dual sport athlete in both football and track. In his free time he likes to hike and run with his dog Lucy, listen to podcasts, play board games with family and friends, go wine tasting, and enjoy all the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Bradford Bentley DPT, OCS, CSCS, CERT. MDT, CMP, CERT. ASTYM™
Dr. Bentley’s interests include evaluating and treating muscle, nerve, bone, and joint conditions. He is skilled in the arts of multiple diagnosis and treatment systems allowing him to identify and treat virtually any form of neuromusculoskeletal pain. From complex headaches and neck/back pain to straight forward sports or work injuries, Brad can help you find a treatment plan that works.
His other interests include pain mechanisms in the central nervous system and manual therapy techniques used to restore function and reduce pain. He has also completed 80 post-doctoral hours of training in the evaluation and treatment of TMJ and craniofacial pain. Dr. Bentley has over 26 years of full-time clinical practice. His hobbies include Krav Maga mixed martial arts, writing, real estate, and watching rockumentaries.

John Lam, PTA/L
John has been practicing in the field of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since 2017. He enjoys sports rehabilitation, treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, post-operative physical therapy, as well as injury prevention. John’s treatments incorporate a manual therapy approach with individualized therapeutic exercise and activities to improve a patient’s functional performance.
In his free time, John enjoys hiking the PNW, camping, playing tennis, and spending time with his dog, Archimedes, a lab mix.
