Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

A treatment plan established by the therapist based on the surgery performed and a thorough initial evaluation.

The plan will continue to progress following the necessary protocols determined by the specific surgery.

The treatment plan will consist of multiple interventions including by not limited to manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, proprioceptive and balance training, gait training, and a progressive therapeutic exercise program, all with the goal of scar healing, reducing swelling, and restoring full range of motion, strength, and muscle control.
